The City of Angels experienced citywide celebrations after the Dodgers won a nail-biting seven-game World Series championship. Fans worldwide joined local residents in jubilation, marking the initial time in 25 years that a franchise has secured consecutive championships.

Victory Parade Draws Massive Turnout

Los Angeles area events included a downtown parade on the morning of the parade, a reserved-seating event at the team's home stadium, and impromptu gatherings across the city.

Online footage show countless of Los Angeles residents packing city center avenues, many carrying homemade signs and team flags. The squad was seen riding high on a open-top bus through the masses, raising the championship trophy high.

“I’m already thinking about the next championship we’re going to do this,” Shohei Ohtani stated through an interpreter.

The parade route concluded at Dodger Stadium, where the players emerged to the rapper’s “Not Like Us,” with DJ Mustard spinning music and Ice Cube cruising a light blue vintage Cadillac around the field.

Festivities started well before the procession, with supporters setting off fireworks in the streets of Downtown Los Angeles on the previous evening.
