The Co-Creator of Call of Duty, Dies in an LA Car Crash
The co-creator of Call of Duty, the mind behind the wildly popular video game Call of Duty, has tragically died in a traffic collision in Los Angeles, California aged 55.
The tragic news was confirmed by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, the development studio that he helped create.
The celebrated game designer died after his car crashed and caught fire on a freeway in the Los Angeles area on this past Sunday, as reported by.
"We are facing a devastating loss, and our deepest sympathies go to his family and friends, his loved ones, and the countless individuals inspired by his creative vision," a spokesperson for Electronic Arts said.
